Welcome to Royal Club Tourism. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of royalclubtourism.com and to every tour or activity you book with us. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Royal Club Tourism is a Dubai-based tour operator offering desert safaris, adventure activities, cruises and related travel services. Tour details, inclusions and timings are shown on each tour page and confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only once we have sent you a written confirmation by WhatsApp or email.
• Please give accurate details when booking, including guest names, number of guests, contact number and pickup location.
• All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Prices and Payment

• Prices are as shown on our website or quoted to you at the time of booking.
• If you choose the Pay Later option, your booking stays provisional until payment is received and verified. Payment must be made within the time stated in your booking confirmation, or the booking may be cancelled automatically.
• We will confirm by WhatsApp or email once your payment has been approved.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to receive a refund. Additional activities are non-refundable. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Pickup and Timings

• Please be ready at your pickup location at the confirmed time. Our driver can only wait for a short time to keep the tour on schedule for other guests.
• Missing your pickup is treated as a no-show.
• Pickup times are approximate and may vary slightly due to traffic.

6. Health and Safety

• Dune bashing in our 4×4 vehicles is not recommended for pregnant women, infants, or anyone with back, neck or heart conditions. Please tell us about any medical conditions before booking.
• Guests must follow the instructions of our drivers, guides and activity staff at all times.
• Quad bike and dune buggy rides may have minimum age and other requirements, which we will advise when you book.
• Our team may refuse an activity to any guest if they believe it is unsafe for that guest or others.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect UAE laws, local customs and other guests. We may end the tour for any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or unlawful, without a refund.

8. Changes to Tours

We may change itineraries, timings or activities because of weather, safety, traffic or government instructions. If we cancel a tour, you can choose a new date or a full refund.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings during the tour. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Royal Club Tourism is not responsible for:

• Injury, loss or damage caused by a guest not following safety instructions or not disclosing a medical condition.
• Delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as weather, road closures or government restrictions.
• Payment delays caused by banks or payment providers.
• Problems caused by incorrect information given at the time of booking.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
